UNESA Campus 5 Distributes Free Nutritious Meals Ahead of First UAS Exam
15th of December 2025 – Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) Campus 5 distributed free nutritious meals to students ahead of the first session of the Final Semester Examination (UAS) on Monday morning. The activity started before 7:00 a.m., just before the first exam session began.

The meal distribution took place in front of the lecture buildings at UNESA Campus 5 and received a warm response from students. The menu consisted of rice, protein-rich side dishes, and vegetables, designed to meet students’ energy needs before taking the exam.
The Director of Campus UNESA 5, Prof. Dr. Sarmini, M. Hum., stated that the program reflects the university’s concern for students’ health and concentration during the examination period. “We want to ensure that students remain focused and have sufficient energy when taking the exam, especially since the first session starts quite early,” he said.

Several students expressed their appreciation for the initiative. “It’s very helpful, especially with a 7 a.m. exam. We don’t have to rush to find breakfast outside the campus,” said one student.
The university hopes that this program will support the smooth implementation of the UAS and create a more comfortable and conducive exam atmosphere. The free nutritious meal distribution program will continue to be evaluated for future academic activities.
