UNESA 5 Campus Holds Socialization on IKU Policy and Performance Appreciation System
23rd May 2026 – UNESA 5 Campus held a socialization program on the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) Policy and the Performance Appreciation System (SAKU) for lecturers and educational staff on Saturday, 23 May 2026. The event aimed to enhance the understanding of the academic community regarding the implementation of IKU and the performance appreciation system within Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA).
The socialization session was attended enthusiastically by lecturers and educational staff across UNESA 5 Campus. The event was led by the Vice Director II of UNESA 5 Campus, Mr. Gading, together with the Vice Rector II of UNESA, Prof. Dr. Bachtiar Syaiful Bachri, M.Pd.,.
During the session, participants received explanations regarding the IKU policy as part of the university’s efforts to improve governance quality and institutional performance. The discussion also covered the implementation mechanism of the Performance Appreciation System (SAKU), which is designed to support transparency, accountability, and the development of a professional work culture within the university environment.
Through this activity, lecturers and educational staff are expected to gain a better understanding of performance indicators and evaluation mechanisms, enabling them to improve productivity and the quality of academic services at UNESA 5 Campus.
The event also featured interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions between participants and speakers. This socialization program reflects UNESA’s commitment to supporting higher education transformation toward excellence, adaptability, and improved service quality.
