Academic Mobility 2026 Socialization at UNESA Campus 5: Expanding Opportunities for Experiential Learning
Campus UNESA 5, June 17, 2026 – UNESA Campus 5 held the Academic Mobility 2026 Socialization Program on Wednesday (June 17, 2026), bringing together students to learn about various academic mobility opportunities available in 2026. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend both onsite and online via Zoom.
Carrying the theme, “Promoting Adaptive and Experience-Based Learning through Academic Mobility Programs to Create Excellent Graduates in the Digital Era,” the program aimed to equip students with comprehensive information about academic mobility initiatives designed to enrich their learning experiences beyond the classroom.
The session featured speakers from UNESA’s Academic Mobility Sub-Directorate, including Dr. M. Jacky, S.Sos., M.Si., Head of the Sub-Directorate; Dwi Anggorowati Rahayu, S.I., M.Si., Head of Research, Internship, Student Exchange, and Entrepreneurship Programs; Dr. Supriyanto, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of Community Service, Student Exchange, and Humanitarian Projects; and Dr. Rusly Hidayah, S.Si., M.Pd., Head of Teaching Assistance and School-Based Learning Programs.
During the socialization, participants received detailed information about several flagship programs under the Academic Mobility scheme, including Internship Programs, Research Programs, Student Exchange Programs, and the Impactful Student Program (Mahasiswa Berdampak). The speakers also explained application procedures, eligibility requirements, selection mechanisms, and the academic and professional benefits of participating in these initiatives.
The event was mandatory for all 2024 cohort students at UNESA Campus 5. In addition, each study program was required to send five student representatives to attend the event onsite, ensuring wider dissemination of information among the student body.
Through this activity, students were encouraged to take advantage of opportunities that support personal growth, academic development, and professional readiness. Participation in academic mobility programs enables students to gain real-world experience, expand their networks, strengthen interdisciplinary competencies, and develop skills that are highly relevant to the demands of the global workforce.
